Dr. Tao Feng is a professor at the Department of Food Science, School of Aroma and Perfume Technology, Shanghai Institute of Technology, China. He completed his PhD in food sciences from Jiangnan University, China in 2007. Dr. Feng also worked as a visiting professor at the department of food sciences, Purdue University, USA from 2018-2019. He received an award for the Scientific progress of technical innovation of Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology(CSFST) in 2018. He serves as an editorial board member for highly reputed journals and is also a member of the American Chemical Society and the American Association of Cereal Chemists.

Dr. Niranjan Koirala, Nepal born researcher, earned his Ph.D. from South Korea (2016) and double Postdoctoral fellowships from UNAM, Mexico (2018) and UM, Macau SAR (2020). His interest is in the field of pharmaceutical engineering, pharmaceutical/medicinal chemistry, natural products drugs discovery, functional foods, diabetes, metabolic disorders and biofuels. He has published above 30 original articles in reputed peer-reviewed journals and holds 4 Korean patents. He has a cumulative impact factor of 55, global citations of 500 and h-index 12 as of 2020.

Tabaran Alexandru-Flaviu, DVM, has a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and is board certified specialist in Veterinary Pathology (ACVP). Currently he is lecturer in pathology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, USAMV Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and key researcher in several research projects. He accomplished a postdoctoral training in comparative pathology at the University of Minnesota, and holds several national and international awards for research.
His expertise is focused on experimental and comparative pathology, toxicologic pathology and nanomaterial science, including their usage in anti-infectious therapy.
