Dr. Barbara De Filippis got her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Chieti (Italy) and is currently an Assistant Professor in Medicinal Chemistry. Her research work is focused on the design and synthesis of small molecules with anticancer and antimicrobial activities. Her studies are related to derivatives of natural phenols, such as resveratrol. She is author/co-author of many international papers and guest editor and reviewer for many journals.

Satya P. Gupta is presently a Professor Emeritus at Meerut Institute of Engineering and
Technology (MIET), Meerut, India. He earlier served various prestigious Educational
Institutes like Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai; Birla Institute of
Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani; MIET, Meerut; and National Institute of
Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (NITTTR), Bhopal. For the excellence of his
research work in Drug Design, he has bagged several honors and awards. In addition to
his excellent publications, Gupta also has acted Editor-in-Chief of a few journals of
Bentham Science and authored/edited many books for various reputed publishers such as
Springer-Verlag, Berlin Heidelberg Germany; CRC Press, Taylor and Francis Group,
USA; Nova Science Publishers, USA; and Elsevier (Academic Press), USA. His
scientific activity has brought him on the forefront of scientific community of the world.

Dr. Ganesh Chandrakant Nikalje is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany, Seva sadan’s, R. K. Talreja College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Ulhasnagar, India. He has completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in botany from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India. In 2018, he obtained his Ph.D. degree from S.P. Pune University and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, India, with the thesis entitled “Studies on molecular and metabolomic responses to salt stress in the halophyte: Sesuvium portulacastrum L.” Dr. Nikalje has an H-index of 9. He has authored / co-authored more than 25 articles, collecting over 279 citations.

Dr. Asif Shajahan is an Assistant Research Scientist leading the glycoprotein analysis and research team at the Analytical Services and Training Laboratory, Complex Carbohydrate Research Center (CCRC), University of Georgia, USA. He is conducting research for the development of novel chemical biology tools for biomolecule analysis and performing collaborative research on advanced mass spectrometry for researchers from academia and industries. Also, he is managing expert-level lectures and hands-on training courses for researchers (worldwide) on glycoprotein analysis. As an author / co-author, he has published nearly 35 articles.
