Shahram Babaie Islamic Azad University Tabriz (Iran)
Shahram Babaie is an Assistant Professor of the department of Computer Engineering, Islamic Azad University of Tabriz, since 2007. He received the Ph.D. degree in the architecture of computer from the Science and Research Branch, Islamic Azad University (IAU), Tehran, Iran in 2012. From 2014 to 2016, he was Director of the Soft technologies & Robotics Research Center (SRC). He received third place award for Standard Platform League (SPL) and third place award for Tele-Operated Deminer League in international RoboCup competition in 2016. He has served as a Technical Program Committee member for several international conferences such as CSIT, CYBI, DCNET, SPTM, EAME, and ICCCS. Moreover, he has served as the senior reviewer of international conferences such as BDCC and CMSA. He currently serves as an Editorial Board member for ASCS, IJRDO, IJESA, IJAMML, IJLTES, and ECIJ journals.

Dr. Dilbag Singh has completed his PhD degree in the field of Image Processing from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala, Punjab, India (2019). Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at School of Computing and Information Technology, Manipal University Jaipur, India. He has received the Master in Technology (Computer Science and Engineering) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab, India (2012). He has published more than 22 research papers in SCI/SCIE indexed journals. His research interest includes Wireless sensor networks, Digital image processing and Meta-heuristic techniques.

Biography of Yeon Ho Chung
YEON HO CHUNG (email@example.com) is a Professor of the Department of
Information and Communications Engineering, Pukyong National University, Busan,
Korea. He obtained an MSc. from Imperial College London, U.K., in 1992 and a
Ph.D. from the University of Liverpool, U.K. in 1996. He was a visiting professor at
Pennsylvania State University, U.S. and also at Chiba University, Japan. He received
the Top 2014 Paper Award from Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications
Technologies, Wiley, and also received the Busan Science and Technology Award for
outstanding research achievements in 2020. He was a keynote speaker for
international conferences, such as 11 th IFIP WMNC and 12 th CSNDSP. He is an
associate Editor of IEEE Access and a senior member of IEEE. His research
interests are visible light communications, UAV wireless communications and
ultraviolet scattering communications.
