Dr. Samar Gomaa Mohamed Nozha is currently a Postdoctoral External Researcher at the University of Damietta in the Department of Chemistry. She has had extensive experience in food analysis field according to her current position work in Domyat laboratory, Ministry of Health, Egypt. She did Ph.D. in Inorganic, Physical and Analytical Chemistry from University of Damietta, Faculty of Science in 2016.

Associate Professor Tanya Topouzova-Hristova studied cell and developmental biology at Sofia University “St Kliment Ohridski” (Bulgaria). She completed her Ph. D. thesis on effect of volatile anesthetics on lung cells (2008) at the same University. She is currently working at the department of Cytology, Histology and Embryology, Faculty of Biology, Sofia University and her scientific interests are focused on bacterial-host cell interactions; biological activities of plant secondary metabolites; and assessment of new nano-particles for delivery of bio-molecules in animal cells.

Biography of Giovanni Gherardi
Giovanni Gherardi has Specialized in Clinical Pathology. He is an Associate Professor since 2017, and holder of fellowships at the the Istituto Superiore di Sanità and then at the University campus Bio-Medico, Rome. He had been Guest researcher for 15 months at the Centre of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of Atlanta (USA). He served as specialist with high qualification in clinical microbiology at the University Hospital Campus Bio-Medico since 2007.His Research experience in antibiotic resistance genotyping and phenotyping, studying of virulence factors and molecular typing of several bacterial species.Collaborator in several research projects (Futuro in Ricerca, Cystic fibrosis Foundation).
